The staff was incredible, especially a girl at the front desk who helped us when we had an issue. She was calm and gave clear instructions when I was frustrated about parking. it made all the difference. Even the valet team was professional during my stressful moment with my car keys. I remembered they kept reassuring me, which relieved my anxiety.

I also had a housekeeping issue where my room wasn’t cleaned by the time I returned in the evening after requesting it to be done earlier. Overall, I had some enjoyable moments, but certain aspects fell short.
